Join us in Vigevano (PV) on Thursday September 12th at 8:30 pm at the Chez Nadì wine bar (corso Torino, 57) for a tasting dinner dedicated to some of the best Lombardy mountain cheeses. The event is an anticipation of the workshop on artisan mountain cheeses scheduled at Cheese 2017 on September 16th („Lombardy Pastures: raw milk and no starter cultures“).

The tasting dinner will be presented by Slow Food national vice president Lorenzo Berlendis and will feature four extraordinary tastings (Bagòss di BagolinoStorico Ribelle, Formai de mut and Silter).

In addition to the cheese tastings, the menu will also include:
risotto with toma of Varzese cow breed (Slow Food Presidium);
– cheese cake;
– coffee
Wine pairings: our Buttafuoco Bricco Riva Bianca 2013 and the excellent Riesling by our friends at Monsupello winery.
