We’re pleased to invite you on Saturday. May 26th in in Mongiardino Ligure (AL) to a special dinner organised by two Slow Food local sections (Tortona hills and Oltrepò Pavese) at Osteria Vallenostra. Piera Spalla (Selvatico restaurant) and Roberto D’Agata (Osteria Vallenostra), member chefs of the Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance, will cook dishes using local products that are Slow Food Presidia or are included in the Ark of Taste. The courses of the menu will be paired with wines by wineries awarded with the Snail prize in the 2018 edition of the Slow Wine guide: F.lli Agnes, Picchioni Andrea, Calatroni and Valter Massa.
