The event will take place at the <strong>Certosa Cant\u00f9<\/strong> in Casteggio (via Circonvallazione Cant\u00f9, 62) from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The wines will be paired with local food\u00a0cooked by the eight restaurants of the province of Pavia reviewed in the Osterie d&#8217;Italia 2016 guide.<\/p>\n<p>Admission is by donation. The proceeds will be given to the Slow Food development program &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.slowfoodfoundation.com\/pagine\/eng\/orti\/cerca.lasso?-id_pg=265\"><strong>10.000 Food Gardens in Africa<\/strong>&#8220;<\/a>.
