"Un grande cru: la Solinga" (Stradella, PV - 04/03/2023)

Pellegrini Franco winery will host a tasting-dinner dedicated to the Buttafuoco of the Solinga Valley on Saturday, March 4th 2023.

The event, organised by the Enocuriosi association, will be presented by agronomist Beppe Zatti who will interview producers Giulio Fiamberti, Andrea Picchioni and Franco Pellegrini about the peculiarities of the small valley and its crus.

The tasting-dinner will feature 2 vintages (2015 and the current one) of the three Buttafuoco of the Solinga Valley: our Bricco Riva Bianca, the Vigna Solenga by Giulio Fiamberti e and the Buttafuoco by Franco Pellegrini.

Platter of salumi with gnocco fritto
Peasant tart
Chicken salad
Risotto with Buttafuoco
Beef braised in Buttafuoco wine with polenta
Chocolate cake paired with Buttafuoco chinato
